Millésime 2015 Champagne - Case of 6
£281.00

Chris’s favourite for sure. So good.

100% Pinot Noir.

12.5% ABV

A vintage release with delicate bubbles, citrus and orchard fruit notes up front, white flowers and a touch of toasted sugar.

A good level of acidity keeps it fresh while a mineral finish lingers. A thoughtful vintage Champagne from a small producer.

Dominique Bliard-Labeste. Privilege Premier Cru - Case of 6
£195.00

Combining Pinot Noir - 35%, Meunier - 40%, and Chardonnay - 25% this Champagne is both floral and fruity on the nose and lingers on the palate. It’s also one that will age well in the cellar.

This Premier Cru is suitable for an aperitif or with a meal. Notes of apple, cinnamon and cloves and the texture is supple and delicate with a balance of sweetness and acidity that demonstrates a harmonious character to the cuvée

The texture is fresh and slender, with good tension and a lovely acidity and sweetness specific to, and another great exapmple of, the terroir of Hautvillers.
