A weekend in Champagne for Claire’s birthday led to the discovery of this gorgeous vineyard.
A. Lété is a boutique Champagne house run with independence and quiet conviction. Unlike the big houses, they work on a human scale, producing limited quantities where every detail counts. Their vines are spread across carefully chosen land, each tended with respect for the soil and with patience for the process. This is Champagne made by people who care more about character than mass production.

An unusual blend with orchard and citrus fruit, subtle brioche from less ageing, but still robust. Fine bubbles and balanced acidity keep it fresh and very drinkable. This is a very shareable and memorable Champagne.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier – Brut Nature, 0 g/L dosage
For the sugar conscious. This is a rare Zero-added sugar champagne. It’s bright and clean - lemon, green apple, and mineral notes come forward with a fine fizz. It captures the natural sugars in the grapes rather than artificially added sweetness. A rare guiltless joy to drink.

Pinot Noir, Chardonnay – Brut, ~7–8 g/L dosage
Included for friends who convinced us this was a winner. A rosé with red berry fruit and a touch of citrus lift, balanced by good structure and delicate mousse. It’s playful but made with care, able to pair with food as well as stand alone. A small-batch rosé that feels thoughtful and celebratory.
